- 0800: Prime Minister Harper is officially welcomed at Rashtrapati Bhavan, the official residence of the President of the Republic of India, Pranab Mukherjee.
- 0930: Prime Minister Harper pays his respects to the “Father of Nation” at Raj Ghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi
- 1015: Prime Minister Harper meets with India’s Minister of External Affairs Preneet Kaur.
- 1200: Prime Minister Harper returns to Rashtrapati Bhavan for a meeting with President Mukherjee
- 1600: Prime Minister Harper meets with Sushma Swaraj, Leader of Opposition, Lok Sabha
- 1700: Prime Minister Harper meets with Mohammad Hamid Ansari, vice-president of the Republic of India.
- 1830: Prime Minister Harper meets with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh
- 1930: Prime Ministers Harper and Singh participate in signing ceremony followed by media statements.
