I may be wrong, but there have been few, if any, photos or videos of the PM's pressers, speeches, or anything else while he's been abroad – except for that story about his missing the G20 photo-op, perhaps for a bathroom break. THAT took up a lot of room in the dailies. But anything else? Zip.
Why am I complaining about this?
Clearly, I'm a Harper partisan, but I find it infuriating that upon turning on Newsworld a few minutes ago, President Obama's speech for Earth Day is being broadcast, whereas our own Prime Minister usually is not allowed even 15 minutes' worth of broadcast time on the PUBLICLY-funded network.
Then many in the Canadian media complain the PM ignores them … little wonder, eh?
