Ryan Warawa is the son of Mark Warawa, the 56–year-old MP for the riding of Langley.

The staff of the Library of Parliament have already combed through the records and compiled a list of parents and children who sat at the same time in the House of Commons.
It hasn't happened in a while: The most recent pair was a Trudeau-era father and son team from Quebec and dad was the leader of the political party they both belonged to. A post-war Prime Minister also sat in the House with his son and – get this – two Confederation-era PMs also sat in the House with their sons.
