My colleagues are reporting that Liberal MP Belinda Stronach will not join the Liberal leadership race. Stronach has a press conference set for noon today in Ottawa. Sources close to Stronach tell my colleagues Robert Fife and Rosemary Thompson that Stronach’s inability to speak French was the deciding factor in her decision not to enter the race.
